Privacy Policy

Data protection and confidentiality are high priorities for ASA Consultancy. This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used, and shared when you use our mobile games, websites, and related online products and services (collectively, the “Services”), or otherwise interact with us.

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all Services operated by ASA Consultancy. By continuing to use the Services after an updated policy becomes effective, you acknowledge the revised policy.

Information we collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you enter a contest or promotion, communicate with us through social media, request customer support, send us an email, or otherwise interact with us. This may include your name, email address, social media identifiers, and any other information you choose to provide.

When you access or use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited information from your device. Depending on the Service and applicable law, this may include log information, device information, approximate location, usage data, and advertising identifiers. Where required, processing is based on your consent, including under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). In other cases, processing may be based on our legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), such as operating, securing, and improving the Services.

Log information

Log information may include your browser or application type, access times, pages or screens viewed, internet protocol address, crash and diagnostic data, and the page or source you visited before accessing the Services.

Device information

We may collect basic information about the device used to access a Service, such as device model, operating system version, language, network type, app version, and device or advertising identifiers. The specific data collected depends on the features and third-party services used by each game.

Location information

Approximate location may be inferred from information such as your IP address to support regional compliance, language, fraud prevention, analytics, or advertising requirements. Neither we nor our partners should collect location more precise than city level without your explicit permission. You can manage device-level location permissions in your device settings.

Advertising and analytics

Some Services may display third-party advertisements or promote our Services through third parties. Advertising and analytics providers may use device identifiers, approximate location, usage statistics, and similar information to measure performance, prevent fraud, and, where permitted, deliver personalized advertising.

You can limit personalized advertising through your device or platform privacy settings. When consent is required by law, we ask for it before using information for personalized advertising.

Third-party services and SDKs

Our Services may integrate third-party application programming interfaces and software development kits. Depending on the game, these providers may include:

  • Google Play Services
  • Firebase
  • Google AdMob
  • Meta services, including Facebook and Audience Network
  • Unity services

These providers process information under their own privacy policies. The Google Play Data safety section for each game provides additional details about the data practices relevant to that game.

How we use information

We may use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Save progress and support gameplay features.
  • Respond to support requests and other communications.
  • Monitor performance, diagnose errors, and prevent fraud.
  • Measure advertising and show ads permitted for your age and region.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Your data protection rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain uses; or request a portable copy of your information.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If information is controlled directly by a third-party provider, you may also need to submit your request to that provider. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority where applicable.

Age and children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children unless a specific game is clearly identified and configured for a child audience. We may use age gates to determine which privacy and advertising experience applies. Users below the age required for personalized advertising may receive contextual advertising instead.

For players under 13, or under 16 where required in parts of the European Economic Area, we limit collection to information needed to provide gameplay, safety, legal compliance, and other essential functions unless verified parental consent or another lawful basis applies. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information can contact us through the support channel on the relevant game’s Google Play listing.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services, providers, or legal obligations change. The latest version and its effective date are published on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the relevant Service when appropriate.
